[Opensc-devel] New release pam_p11 0.4.0

Hi!

The new version of pam_p11 has been released. The most visible change is 
the Russian translation. Under the hood, we added compatibility to 
OpenSSL 3.0 and LibreSSL.

Thanks to Peter Popovec for adding test cases to the CI pipeline, which
