Hi,

OpenSC/OpenSC master has been rebased, as a result of discussion in #823.

Please, save your existing local PR/feature/etc. branches,
create a new ones from the current OpenSC/OpenSC master,
and re-apply your enhancements to the newly created branches.

That's an exceptional measure that normally will not occur in a future.
