The latter is the point I'd missed; thanks. I was worried about the provenance of the code when it *arrived* in OpenSC. But if it was already suitably licensed at that point, we don't need to care. The same appears to be true for the libp11 repository — you changed the licence when you moved the files to the new repository, so all we need to track is changes which were contributed *since* then, which is great.
