[Opensc-devel] release of libp11 and engine_pkcs11

Hello,
 I've included the majority of the fixes suggested for libp11 and
engine_pkcs11 [0,1] over the years in the repository. I've also
created a basic test suite for both. If there are no objections today,
I'll proceed with a release tomorrow.
