[Opensc-devel] pin-retry

Hi all

I just had a discussion about pin-retry. Where is it defined?
On one of the recent HSM-pages, I noticed it is a parameter you can (default = 3) define.

But how about "regular" smart cards? 
I was expecting this to be an option at pkcs15-init..
Or is this something specific to the underlying hardware?
