And the ATR does match the registry entries.

But the device manager is showing them with location "ScFilter", which
I thought was the hot/cold handler?  Could that be an issue?

So far as I know, I installed them both.  Yes; "uninstall programs" is
showing "OpenSC" and "OpenSC (64bit)".
