Hello.

Just noticed something strange in this file (in opensc 0.13).

At line 1101, comment says that fake fci starts with 62 (that IIUC
should mean FCP template), but the memcpy at line 1070 uses 6f (FCI
template).

Probably the comment is wrong and no harm is done, but could be worth
having a look at it. At least to avoid confusion when reading the code.
