#800 clm assert due to uninitialized address length

An assert in CLM was reported in the userslist -

The rootcause looks like an uninitialized length field for the address.
The problem is applicable on 4.2.x and 4.3.x. This part of the code is fixed in 4.4.x through the CLM enhancements.

Will float a patch for the same.
