#27 patch for SplashScreen, exit confirm/splashscreen/title opts


wxPython.lib.splashscreen has been depreciated. This
patch handles this.

Also there are three settings that are added to the
settings/general tab...ShowSplashScreen,ConfirmExit,

These are yes or no types that allows the user to
bypass a splashscreen, the title, and the exit
confirmation. This will allow a user to keep openrpg
more discrete.

attached is the patch for main.py.
