OpenRPG-GDE Project Repository Converted from CVS to SVN

The OpenRPG-GDE Project repository has been converted from CVS to SVN. CVS will no longer be worked on.

This project is also a potential merger into stick2xyz, a project that should become capable of on-the-fly rendering.

Finally, Chad (exodist) has given me permission to take over this project completely. I have decided not to change any of the code in SVN at the moment, noting that this project might merge with stick2xyz.
