add the ability, to the JInternalFrame where the
initial dimcounts are, to enter an initial value to
filter on. if this is the same dimension for
"breakout", then obviously the "breakout" will be a row
of one (or several, if wildcards are used). so, it
makes more sense then to implement this as a filter on
a different dimension? (i'm thinking out loud
here....) The point is to allow filtering on a
dimension with 5000 values, to a single value, and
prevent the product from downloading and formatting
5000 rows, when the user already knows they want a
certain row ONLY.

the dimension list window could look something like this:

dim-name dim-count pre-select
JButton JLabel Jtext input
Salesperson 33 [ ]
Products 234 [ ]

...instead of the single column it is now. the second
column,
the jLabel would tell the dimension count for the
dimension, but
the third column would allow the user to enter a value
to "pre-filter".
