#13 put multiple indices on detail table

currently (2004-02-18) the 'rubinator' ("orb") puts a
single index on all of the dimension columns to speed
access when building the L_X% tables.

need to investigate if it's worth it to add 'multiple'
indices on the table. this would probably need to be
"every dimension against every other dimension", for 2
dimensions... then for 3..... and how far to go down
with this?...
