Centos 5.4. dns plugin patch

    Hi,

    Bind config files creation looks too debian… I think Centos!Redhat needs "includes" to reference options file. This is a ugiy patch to get a workaround:

    # diff -u /usr/share/openqrm/plugins/dns/etc/init.d/openqrm-plugin-dns.orig /usr/share/openqrm/plugins/dns/etc/init.d/openqrm-plugin-dns
