    Matt:

I am able to get the lun to the VM, but the VM is failing as it's not able to mount the lun.

It's not able to mount /dev/sda and /dev/sdb.

mount: mounting /dev/sdb on /mnt failed: Invalid argument
ERROR: Could not mount /dev/sdb via iscsi

Fdisk shows /dev/sdb but not able to mount using mount command.

And the other issue is the CHAP password is always different on the VM than the ietd config. This is happening consistently, after changing the password it works.

    Thanks

    Hi,

the image authentication during appliance start/stop set (and re-sets) the iSCSI Lun authtentication.
If the passwords are different then it is most likely that your storage is not integrated correcty.
-> any errors in the event log during provisioning of an appliance ?
Anything in /var/log/syslog ? is the iSCSI storage remote or on the openQRM system ?

many thanks, have a nice day and enjoy openQRM 5.0,
