#17 Resource Usage Issue

Hi folks, I'm having trouble assigning resources within sub tasks. The issue is not always there, but sometimes the program will not let me assign anyone, even though my resource list is fully populated. It will not even let me assign resources that are as yet unassigned to any other task. This is an intermittent problem. Is there some small detail that I have missed? Thanks, Shawn
