Currently, OpenProj uses the relatively unknown Common Public Attribution License. It differs from the more popular Mozilla License by adding "prominent display of the original developer's attribution information" and by a clause concerning usage over a network (to close the "ASP loophole").

That attribution at the moment links to a page saying "Projects On Demand is no longer being supported by Serena. Serena does provide alternative solutions to Projects On Demand." Derived works also need to do that.

Hi , I just posted a note on the pending release of ProjectLibre which will support the issues you are having and will be a supported version. We are hosting ProjectLibre on SourceForge as well. We were the founders and developers of OpenProj and happy to be updating it...............
