#146 native mobile app

I think it will be very useful to have native OpenProj App for Android and/or other mobile devices. Especially for viewing ongoing tasks, time tracing and checking out what's done. The only app I've found claiming to be cooperating with OpenProj, Mobile Project Manage (https://market.android.com/details?id=com.hawkmoon.mpm.trial#?t=W251bGwsMSwxLDUwMSwiY29tLmhhd2ttb29uLm1wbS50cmlhbCJd) isn't doing it well.
So it will very useful to prepare plans on PC (large screen), but time tracking on mobile.
