Serena Software requested you use ProjectLibre not OpenProj. Serena acquired OpenProj along with Projity. They abandoned OpenProj over a decade ago and at one point on thier website had a page requesting you no longer use OpenProj and it was abandoned with ProjectLibre being the new project. Serena has since been acquired
