#229 Open proj displays wrong duration values of the task, when WBS is saved in xml format

I created a WBS and saved it as .pod file. But when I saved the same WBS in open Proj in xml format and tried to reopen the xml with open Proj, I found the values of the "duration" column not correct as what I had saved. I can see the exported xml has the values correct, but only when the xml file is opened in Openroj, the values are getting wrongly displayed.
