#2 AI breaks the game's rules when has no cards of current suit

According to the rules of the games the choice of card to lay is subject to folowing rules:
1. If player has cards of a suit, he chooses among them.
2. Elsewise if player has a trump suit cards, he chooses among them.
3. If layer has none of those, he lays any card he wills.

On several occasions when (1) AI is playing and (2) I whist "lying", AI doesn't comply to the rule 2 of those.
