#1 Create Media Table

Create a table containing all media to link to ScreenTemplateDetails or TouchscreenDetail so images are only once in the database, and not on each ScreenTemplateDetail or TouchscreenDetail. Link the media to the details instead of saving the media data into the detail tables.
