#3 workaround for gcc 4.1.2 make check problems
This file replaces c_pgmtk/tests/src/tsys.cpp to allow 'make check' to work. It does not fix any of the tests, it simply doesn't call any that break (at least on my machine ruunning Ubuntu 7.04 Feisty). Actual fixes to the test cases will come later.
Place this file in c_pgmtk/tests/src, and then from the main PNL install directory, do 'make check'.
