#3 interfaces to other languages

I would like to know whether PNL will have interfaces to
other languages than Matlab such as java (for interface
development) or scripting language (for rapid
prototyping). It seems that Swig was used to generate
the Matlab interface and it would be nice if the swig
interface files are included in the distribution such that
users may port to other languages themselves.
