Some initial code.

After about a month of development, we have some basic functionality available in openpm.org.

Adding of projects, members, companies, milestones and task lists is in. Also, adding, editing and deleting of tasks within a task list.

As mentioned before, openpm.org is ajax-focused, and the task manipulation can be done "in-place" without needing to reload the page whatsoever.
