We've started importing older PHAkt versions into the subversion repository. Eventually we might provide releases for these older versions, but for the time being you can download phakt from the subversion repository.

The InterAKT forums contain a thread about opensourcing phakt, according to one of the former team members there would not
be a problem with re-releasing PHAkt
