[Openpec-devel] what is the recommended database to use on Openpecs windows

I would like to use Openpecs EDI in South Africa Johannesburg.

I would like to know on how to add and modify the Openpecs

database.Iwant to add towns and zip codes on Openpecs but I

don't know on how to add them
