HI Martin, the target of this project is italian only unfortunately because it is based on italian law. However OpenPEC can be interesting for every private contest: it gives you guarantee on mail delivery, sender identity and grants that the message cannot be changed. For example OpenPEC can be used for the internal communication for medium and large company or for communication with the own customer and provider. If you intent to integrate-translate the documentation in english/german language we are happy to help you.
