#407 testsuite/builds tests should preset the result value to -1

the tests in testsuite/build do not detect an unexpected signal.
Thus the result value of the applications is 0.

There should be a preset of e.g. -1 the detect such misbehavior.

This may be solved ether

1. in the runtime system or
2. by cpp statement at the start of the test applications or
3. a pseudo system device

I prefer solution 2
