I think that it's important to have some legal verbiage that indemnifies
openpacket.org...of course that bridge can be crossed when the rubber hits
the road.  As to removal of suspect material, could be something as simple
as a link within a registered account holders private area on the site, or a
link in an auto-response email post-uploading...

Personally I am more concerned about sensitive material over copyrighted
material, the standards such as PII, PCI etc....

As to something such as terms of use or some legal verbiage, I have a good
attorney friend that I could hook you up with, Richard, to answer any
questions etc...
