Will there be size limit for pcap upload?

Maybe we need to identify the file(pcap) automatically before it can be
uploaded though it needs moderator approval.

I think we need to mention what kind of packet format that we support or
prefer. There are so many different formats out there(snoop, etc), and I
suggest pcap as it is de facto standard.

I agree pcap anonymization should be done by the people who submit it.
