I suspect that's a common situation.   What languages/frameworks are
you familiar with?  I've done PHP, Perl/Mason in the past but frankly
would prefer to never touch either of them again now that I've started
using Ruby on Rails (what the current site is written in).

JJ- can you tell us anything about your minions, err friends?
