I have evaluated it and seems that the file 'internal_primitives.xsd'
doesn't support the ArrayOf URIs. This file is generated in the packages
TIP_Common_SoapSpecPackage and TIP_Generator_Internal_SoapSpecPackage
and there is no support for ArrayOfURI. When we have added the support
to hte URI some months ago we doesn't include this feature.
If you want I can try and test and include it in the projects but I
don't know if there are someone in charge of these packages.
