Dear Marc, Thank you for your advice. I was going to have performed all the steps below. But result of running again, I can now import UML file. I verify what went wrong from now on. Thanks to your advice again. Hi Kenichi, You would need to provide a bit more details. 1) did you use the Project creator to create your various projects? 2) did you do the mvn eclipse:eclipse to make your projects visible in Eclipse? 3) where you able to see all your projects in Eclipse? 4) when doing the import, you will need to select the Model or Dependencies project that was created before Best regards, Marc -----Original Message----- From: NTT-AT_山根健一 [mailto:ken...@nt...] Sent: vendredi 7 mars 2014 12:16 To: ope...@li... Hi, This 'transient' dependency is only generated by your local build and is never in the main repository. The transient projects are populated by tigerstripe and then processed downstream by the later maven projects. So TIP_SPM_SoapSpecPackageTransientDependency-1.2.1-SNAPSHOT must not be being built in your local model. Have you set the tigerstripe.properties in both the main and dependencies tigerstripe model projects file as described in the getting started.? If this is not set correctly, no transient dependencies will be created or they will be created with the wrong name or version number and not recognised down stream. However, it has been a very long time since anyone worked on the SPM project and I think you might have more success if you start by trying to build the RAM project which you can check out from the TM Forum site ( one of the examples which the TM forum didn't make open source :( ). https://collab.tmforum.org/svn/repos/tip/Features/ResourceAlarmManagement/IA/Interface/tags/RELEASE_1_1_0 This has been worked on much more recently and definitely works with the latest version of JOSIF hope this helps Craig On 28/01/2014 08:34, Sasaki, Keiichi wrote: > Dear JOSIF Experts, > > I have a problem on JOSIF setup. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi, Sorry for not getting back sooner. Yes you will need to approach Marc Flauw. He did the training on the UML importer and I am not an expert on this. There is however a recording of Marc talking about the importer in a video at http://sourceforge.net/projects/openoss/files/JOSIF/DeveloperOnRamp/JOSIF_Developer_%20On_Ramp_TigerstripeSOAPGenerator%20_16_5_2012.wmv FYI, I have been uploading all of the training videos I have to a new vimo channel https://vimeo.com/channels/openoss The tooling introduction video gives a good overview. I will be uploading marc's video here once I have converted it to the correct format Craig On 04/09/2013 20:11, Dave Milham wrote: > Guillermo > I am not expert in using this aspect of the JOSIF tooling . > My understanding is that it is designed to use XMI output from the IBM RSA product so in principle any UML model could be possible. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi, The work bench installer has been uploaded to sourceforge https://sourceforge.net/projects/openoss/upload/JOSIF/TIP_Workbench_Installer/1.2.0/ The tigerstripe instance works OK with new projects but there are some issues with the sample project. These should be fixed but are not critical; 1. issues with ws-ts-sample project; a) When I try to build the sample project in ws-ts-sample it failed because of a reference to C:\ResearchWork\InstallerBuildWork\32bitPreparation\JosifInstaller_true\src\izpack\parts\eclipsets\eclipsec" This is clearly not portable :) b) the ws-ts-sample project references Josif 1.2.0-SNAPSHOT Both of these problems could be solved if we changed the work bench installer to run the released project creator as part of the workbench installation. They way everything would be aligned. The izpack based project creator can be run through an ant script as a headless project with a configuration - so this should be possible as a design improvement. (http://izpack.org/documentation/advanced-features.html) by doing this we would alwayws have the example project generated aligned with the project creator and we would only need to update the project creator on each release. 2. testng is not installed in eclipse. Hi, I've updated RAM, internal and common projects to use 1.2 plugins and I have update all the plugins to 1.2. I have also updated the project creator to match. I have not updated any of the test projects or PM MPAC etc. However with the project creator, it should be easy to see what needs done in each project. ( not much actually - some tigerstripe.xml tweaks and make sure your reference the correct JOSIF release dependency files) Please note - to do a release we will still have to tag the build at 1.2.0 instead of 1.2.0-SNAPSHOT and move trunk to 1.2.1-SNAPSHOT. The cant be done until people are satisfied that the plug-ins are complete and working. Please note that tagging and testing takes some time. Craig |

Hi all. I have uploaded a new version of the generator to the trunk with a patch for the problem in JOS-49. Please test it to see if it fulfill the requirement. I will check it and as soon as possible give you a response. I suppose that the version is 3729 and not 2279. Yes I have answered in other email. In a first review, it seems that could be related with some missunderstanding in process the name of the package between *org.tmforum.tip.common* and *org.tmforum.tip.fmk.common*. Hi Xose, OK thanks I will assume this will be done by end of week or so. I will work on merging the DOC generator in the mean time. Did you take a look at the problem raised by Craig on JOS-49 incorrect reference to XSD files in generated model ? These contain all of the subversion history and should never be checked in (should be set to subversion:ignore). I will try and remove these and set the subversion flags appropriately. Please make sure you aren't checking in .settings folders. Secondly, we need to update the version numbers on the soap generator to 1.2 and update the build system etc appropriately. I can do this work if I know i am working with the correct version of hted soap generator. can somebody tell me if all of the changes are checked into the trunk version of the soap generator so that we can change it's working number. What is the purpose of the RELEASE_EXTERNAL_XSDS release compared with trunk? It cant be a release if it is 1.1 as it will upset all of the existing model project configurations for projects which have not been updated to use the latest soap plugin thanks Craig ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Everyone hates slow websites. Hi Pierre, I have performed the merge of ts-plugin.xml and the java file that reads the properties included as Craig request in the last meeting. As I told one week ago, on 5th of April I can start with the merge of all SOAP GEnerator staff and it will takes three days aproximately. Now I am involved in a pass to production until 4 April.
