We are not migrating for 1.2

Have you done the change to the EID in the common model ? We need to finish the coding of
the SOAP and DOC generators to support this feature before we can freeze the code. Also
the RI/CTK code will need to be updated.

Pierre,

Maven 2.2.1 need to be upgraded to 3.0.x to work with Ubuntu 12.04. The current Maven code does not work with Maven 3.0.4.
