Dear all,
As discussed, here is a proposal for simplifying the JIRA projects
Keep TIP_Framework as base project for JOSIF: general issues, SID Import, SOAP, Doc, Rest generators.
Keep TIP_Platform for all implementation related issues: implementation generators, RI/ CTK general features.
Keep TIP_TestProjects for all Test projects issues
Proposed merges:

-          Common Model               in TIP_Framework

-          Expedited Interfaces      in TIP_Framework

-          Openoss_admin               in TIP_Framework

-          Persistency                         in TIP_Platform

-          Regression Testing          in TIP_TestProjects

-          RESTful                                 in TIP_Framework

-          SID xsd Generation         in TIP_Framework

-          Tooling support                in TIP_Framework

-          Unix version of tooling  in TIP_Framework
The interface specific projects could stay separate: Customer Management API, Inventory, PM, RAM, SPM, but they should only contain issues and stories related to the functional part of the interface and not to JOSIF.
