Hi,

As requested, I have updated all of the trunk framework/platform 
common/internal model  projects to to 1.2.0-SNAPSHOT and updated PM RAM, 
SPM, MPAC to match. I have created separate branches for 1.1.3-SNAPSHOT 
to allow fixes to the 1.1.2 release as needed.

Xose - you will need to merge your 1.2 SNAPSHOT soap plugin with its 
ability to reference external xsd's  into the trunk soap plugin  and 
make sure that the faults we fixed in the 1.1.2 generator are patched 
back to 1.2. I assume ( hope?) that when these new features aren't being 
used, the plugin generates the same xsds as the 1.1.2 plugin generates.

Please work with Marc to change the PM RAM, SPM, and MPAC 
tigerstripe.xml model projects to have the correct settings for the 1.2 
soap plugin  in order to use the new plugin to generate the existing 
interfaces. If you could update thee projects I can copy the changes 
generically into the project creator so that future projects have the 
correct settings.

Also could you advise in which project the new features of the Soap 
plugin are used so that we can use that project as a test bed to update 
the java plugins to match.
