I made the change in the Common Model (and in RSA) and committed it.

Note also that there is a (small) change in Schedule, 2 attributes changing names in Monthly schedule.

A quick question about the Common Model.

You have defined the following type:
org.tmforum.tip.resource.res.nrb.TransmissionParameterList

with variable layerRate of type org.tmforum.tip.resource.res.nrb.LayerRate

layerRate  set to default value = NA which is not a valid value.

The default value should be left empty or set to a constant or a string value if it is a String.

This also applies to transmissionParameterList

Can we change default value back to and empty value.
