#12 OpenOPCService has problems with Takebishi OPC Server
When I try to connect to connect to Takebishi OPC Server via OpenOPC service then it hangs.
(No matter if it is opc.exe or mz pzthon app.)
Directly without OpenOPC service it works (both opc.exe and my app).
In event log I can see only some messages from zzzOpenOPCService with ID 255 and text: Connect from 127.0.0.1
