Trying to compile obexftp-0.19, I get a long list of problems, the first of which says tcl.h is missing, on the command:
gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I../.. -I../../obexftp -g -O2 -W -Wundef -Wmissing-declarations -Wmissing-prototypes -Wall -MT obexftp_la-tcl_wrap.lo -MD -MP -MF .deps/obexftp_la-tcl_wrap.Tpo -c tcl_wrap.c -fPIC -DPIC -o .libs/obexftp_la-tcl_wrap.o
... from the make process.
tcl_wrap.c:281:17: tcl.h: No such file or directory
is what actually appears next - followed by a whole load of other messages. Compilation fails.
I had to --disable-python to get configure to complete, as it cannot find my Python include path.
Can someone please advise? I am having to boot into Windows to transfer files on and off my phone at the moment because of this.
--disable-tcl and maybe --disable-perl as well.
Ah yes, that worked - not knowing what it's needed for, if anything, I wasn't sure.
At last I can use Linux to handle files on my phone again!
