    Hi,

    openobex-1.0.0 and openobex-apps-1.0.0 are downloaded and installed.
    obex_test is working for connecting and disconnecting OBEX session over bluetooth dongle in a linuz PC with Bluez stack.
    I am not able to test for get and put operations.

    The error message is shown below.

    # obex_test -b 00:12:ee:b8:f4:4d 3

    Using Bluetooth RFCOMM transport

    BT OBEX initialization done
    OBEX Interactive test client/server.

    > c

    calling connect_client

    Connect OK!

    Version: 0x10. Flags: 0x00

    > g

    GET File> 0.vcf

    Got new object calling unicode()

    calling AddHeader()

    calling OBEX_Request

    GET failed 0x43!

    Could you Please suggest on this.

    Thanks & Regards,
    Thilaga

    Response code 0x43 is FORBIDDEN. You are not allowed to access that object. That's not an error as you did not sign in with the appropriate UUID or anything.

    Thanks for your reply.

    Whereas when I try to put, it is working. Phone is able to receive the file in "Received files" folder.

    But regarding get, I am sure that I am making mistake in giving the input file name.

    > g
    >

    GET File> 1.vcf

    Got new object calling unicode()

    calling AddHeader()

    calling OBEX_Request

    GET failed 0x44!

    0x44 says that it is not found. Could you Please suggest me that How I can get the command "GET" working.

    I tried to give the input file name for get command as the filenames in the "Received Files" folder. But it says 0x44.

    Thanks & Regards,
    Thilaga

    That is the expected behaviour. Do you really need to access the obex inbox with obex_test?

    Thanks for your reply.

    Yes, I really want to access one file (Be it any file)  from the phone using obex_test.

    Could you Please suggest me on this.

    I'd use obexfs or obexftp to get a clear picture how to access that file. Than maybe revert to obex_test.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I will install the obexftp and try to get one file.
