Hi, I'm currently using our library in a project, and have some problems with the accents. When I browsing my phone, I got a folder named "Téléphone". I can't browse it, when I send the setpath command the phone return 0x44 (File not found). Anyone already got this problem ? How to solve it ?

      try
      obexftp your conection(-i, -b, -t ...) -l "/Téléphone" or "/Téléphone" and not Téléphone
You can also try with -S (set path option)

In fact i had this problem too with a K750i and i solve it because i miss to put the quote and in the console after a list i just copy and past the folder displayed in the XML structure to have exactly the same syntax.

There is currently no real unicode support in OpenOBEX.
Have a look at http://dev.zuckschwerdt.org/openobex/ticket/1 and give http://dev.zuckschwerdt.org/openobex/attachment/ticket/1/openobex-1.3-iconv.patch a try.

Ok. Thanx for your responses. I'll have a look to the patch.

BTW, I can see in your patch that you use UTF-16 with iconv, but the obex specification say "all XML files is encoded in UTF-8 if no other encoding is specified". I'm not a expert of encoding so maybe there is a reason for that.

OpenOBEX is concerned with the headers only here. E.g. the "name" header in setpath and get/put. String headers are UTF-16 in OBEX.
