I know that obex has a little trouble with paths but
this seems to happend outside obex

turtle@iglu:~$ obexftp -t /dev/ttyS1 --chdir Pictures
--put dilanimopt.gif
Custom transport set to 'Siemens/Ericsson'
Connecting...done
Sending Pictures... Sending Pictures... done
Sending dilanimopt.gif...\done
Disconnecting...done
turtle@iglu:~$ obexftp -t /dev/ttyS1 --chdir Pictures
--put ~/dilanimopt.gif
Custom transport set to 'Siemens/Ericsson'
Connecting...done
Sending Pictures... Sending Pictures... done
Sending /home/turtle/dilanimopt.gif...\failed:
/home/turtle/dilanimopt.gif
Disconnecting...done

note the diferent source path. this problem make
unusable obextool interface.

I believe this is a more general openobex problem, and shows
itself in many way. I am unable to beam files from my Zaurus
palmtop to my Nokia 6610i but I can do to my 6510. There are
several other Zaurus users with the same problem.

In all cases, irobex_palm3 works if called from the command
line with a file in the current directory. If called from
the gui (a wrapper called libopieobex) the transfer fails.

Would is be possible to add a command line switch whereby
the path is stripped from the filename?
