#1 Chat connect uses improper IP

I get refused connections to EFNet server
irc.somthing.ru (the one i normally use in my irc
client) due to improper IP address that Oasis is
passing: 255.255.255.255!

Shouldn't it pass the one that I plugged in manually
into Oasis from the beginning?
