Hi, I recently tried using opennx on Windows 10, but the client would crash with no messages once I tried to connect to the server. This exact same configuration works with no problems on Centos 6, so I think it's probably an OS-specific problem. Is this issue known and is there a workaround? Also, I thought I'd ask, if there's no fix for this, does anyone know, is there any way to connect to a legacy freenx server using the new NoMachine client? My understanding was no but I thought I'd ask. Thanks in advance |

Hi Chris, Thanks for the reply. Yes, indeed I had not when you wrote this but I should have thought of this. Since then, I've tried again with a number of compatibility modes (Windows 7, XP, etc) and all have had the same result. Additionally I tried disabling direct display, this did not solve it either. I was thinking maybe at looking for a linux emulator for windows, not sure. Thanks again! Hi, For anyone in the future who might run into this issue, I found that installing the previous windows version (0.16.0.725) worked.
