In the "Desktop" drop-down, there should be an option, and indeed it should be the DEFAULT selection, to "Run (the) default X client script on server". It's nice to be able to over-ride the server defaults, but obeying the server config should always be the default, not forced to GNOME/KDE/whatever. It's unfortunate that it has become a multi-step process, involving sub-menus, just to use the normal, X11 server-side desktop settings as all other X11 sessions would do.
And while I'm at it... The connection wizard ought to have an option to insert the key, instead of needing to reconfigure the session after the wizard, and before anyone can log-in.
NoMachine really didn't think through the usability of the client.
Thanks
I could pay for this in the Windows distribution or a customized distribution just for our foundation. Would the author of the program contact me?
