Kernel sources are available from OpenVZ project - http://wiki.openvz.org/Download/kernel/rhel5/028stab068.3
We do not alter this kernel in any way - we just provide a copy of this kernel rpm in opennode repo for more controlled upgrade cycle (updating ovzkernel on opennode when kvm module build is done).
