Hi Greg,

There is no official IRC channel so far and none of us spend our days in IRC anyway. If you need advanced support within guaranteed timeframe - then there are commercial support options that we provide. 
I hope that you understand - that at first priority we have our obligations with signed up clients and we cannot guarantee community support.
