#6 Generic bc.jsp patcher

I've been thinking that the "heartbeat color", "service color", and others could in fact be replaced by an "unsafe API" (see my feature request for that) for a "generic boot patcher plugin".

This could be something like (incorporating my version detection proposal):

secured_api.php?sn=XXXX&bootpatch=<version>,<offset>,<value>
(using -1 or empty as value to indicate I want to go to default value)

along with some "api" way to retrieve the list of all patches requested so far, empty the list, .....

Probably is a good idea to keep the ease of use of , e.g. a "heartbeat color" API. But this API could then just modify the burrow for the generic patcher plugin.
