Hey all, I'm looking into this development, kind of sadly seing no advance. Understanding you are busy with your life and work, I wanted to ask if you're planning on continuing the proyect. And, as such, if I may come in to development. I'm skilled enough to C++, of course that's never enough, and never really a good idea to say(is there anyone in the world who can tame the power of such a languaje?) and I'm sure I'm flawed in any way, but will take any kind of book needed to learn what I don't know at the moment to contribute. I wanted to contact you all, members and admins. So I'm sorry to have dupped this to all people I could find. I'm up for the challenge and I've been looking up for material on the Mu Online Protocol, however I only found old-outdated (partly outdated) and incomplete information. I know it's reverse engeniering, so I don't expect everything in a silver platter. In order to be effective, I wanted to know sources to read before I dive into the code of the proyect. Firstly, because re-inventing the wheel has been done for long enough time. Second, because poking around to learn is fun, but poking around with some previous knowledge reduces the frustration. Members, administrators, I can't donate since being a student, my parents support me and it barely does it. However I can contribute with code, with studies, with hardware(kinda old, but non-the-less) and a steady connection to test it. Hoping for some answer, and not to disturb anyone, I salut you all. |
