Hi one more thing: please add some XML files to compensate for the missing -fmpac and -musmod (and also -mbstereo!!). Maybe this is also a good moment to reorganize the configuration file locations? Here is my original proposal (a bit updated, though): > I have some more proposals for the src/cfg directory: > - move it from src to the main dir (why is it in src?). > - remove TurboR-GT.xml, since there is already a Panasonic_FS-A1GT.xml > - maybe remove msx1.xml? > - create the subdirectories for the config files > Something else: the limit_sprites option of the VDP, shouldn't it be > in settings.xml? All MSX machines have limit_sprites set to TRUE, > since it is hardcoded in the VDP. It's more like a convenience > setting. I propose to remove it from all MSX machine config xml files > and put it in settings.xml. I think these things could be fixed now. It's not much work anyway :-) Oh, and please check out Maarten's reply on my message, also on 09-02-2002. Oh, and what about I/O port registration? Hmm, just came across and old bug list: - SRAM doesn't work properly in PANASONIC mapper - ASCII16 with 2kB SRAM doesn't work (only Hydlide 2) and some other ROM mapper problems as reported by Jirou (and my mail of 24/12/2002) - IDE still doesn't work properly: (autoexec.bas works, but crash with DOS2 on first partition... bug 646618) - There are also some other less important problems, like some details in the National machines (652788) and the non-WD FDCs (652443). -- Grtjs, Manuel PS: MSX FOR EVER!
